These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://herbariumstitch.com and to every purchase you make from Herbariumstitch, a trade name of Herbarium Stitch ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order on our site. Herbariumstitch sells and ships only within the United States.

2. Products, pricing and images

• All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• The item is out of stock
• The payment could not be completed or confirmed
• The order appears fraudulent
• A pricing or listing error
• Shipping restrictions for the delivery address

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee.

5. Payment, shipping and returns

Payments are handled through PayPal as described on our Payment Information page. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. These pages form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Herbarium Stitch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Prohibited uses

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other users' data
• Upload or spread malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means
• Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except for the rights you have under our Returns & Refunds Policy and under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Herbarium Stitch from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Herbarium Stitch operates. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
